I am a Tampa native with an Associate’s degree in Health Science and a strong background in clinical operations and personal wellness. I began my career by building a successful in-home personal training business, providing customized, hands-on support to help clients improve their health.

My passion for healthcare and leadership led me into medical practice management, where I gained extensive experience in patient experience, staff coordination, and operational efficiency while supporting practice growth. I later managed a high-volume chiropractic office for three years, further expanding my knowledge of multidisciplinary care.

With experience across fitness, primary care, and chiropractic medicine, I bring a well-rounded, patient-centered approach to healthcare leadership supported by strong operational skills.

From a young age, I was destined for a career in the medical field. My path was set at 12 years old after watching my grandfather undergo a quadruple bypass, followed later by the deeply personal experience of caring for my terminally ill mother during her battle with cancer. These moments sparked a deep passion for patient care and a commitment to excellence that guided my education. I pursued my Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Weber State University, graduating summa cum laude, and later advanced my education by earning my Master’s degree as a Nurse Practitioner from Simmons University.

My diverse clinical background spans medical/surgical nursing, preoperative care, PACU, the operating room, and outpatient medical clinics. This broad range of experience has equipped me with a well-rounded and compassionate approach to healthcare.

While in my Nurse Practitioner program, I had the privilege of being a student of Angela’s. Observing the transformative results she achieved with her patients developed my clinical interest in hormone replacement therapy. To deepen this expertise, I completed specialized hormone coursework through WorldLink Medical and completed further mentorship under Angela. This mentorship has been instrumental in shaping my practice and refining my holistic approach to wellness.

I have been a dedicated nurse for over 20 years and a nurse practitioner for nearly a decade. My journey to becoming a healthcare provider began at the age of 12 when a compassionate doctor took the time to explain a procedure I might have to undergo. That moment of kindness left a lasting impact on me and inspired my career path.

I earned my degree in Psychology from the University of Colorado, Boulder, and later completed my nursing prerequisites before obtaining my RN degree from Regis University in Denver. My early nursing career was focused primarily on oncology, where I had the privilege of caring for both children and adults for about 8 years. I also spent a few years teaching nursing, which further fueled my commitment to advancing my education. In 2015, I graduated with a Master’s degree from Regis University, Denver, and have since been working primarily in primary care and mental health.

My passion for hormone replacement therapy (HRT) emerged in 2018 when I encountered many women struggling with menopausal symptoms and realized I needed to do more to help. I pursued a comprehensive four-part course in HRT and began treating both women and men. The positive outcomes I witnessed not only validated my efforts but also deepened my commitment to this field, making it a cornerstone of my practice.
